Hydrangea Cascade Necklace

The Hydrangea Cascade Necklace highlights the continued evolution and development of my work towards intentionally capturing chaotic elements of organic beauty. By creating and then disrupting patterns of metal shapes, I designed a dynamic piece capturing architectural and geometric movement. This piece highlights different shapes and textures letting each element of the piece contribute to the whole without being lost in chaos or monotony. By creating a predetermined set of shapes and units I fabricated and then designing the layout of the necklace, I set limits for myself to inspire the growth and development of this necklace.
